- DIY Templates and Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of our DIY templates and downloadable products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you choose to cancel a service before work has begun, we will issue a full refund.
- If the service has already begun or is in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on the services completed at the time of cancellation.
Exceptions:
